	Writ Petition No. 1672/95, Review Petition No. 3 and Petition dated 17.07.2000 [ See Annexure H ]

	Appellate Division of Supreme Court verdict dated 6th July 2006 to approach the authority and the authority are directed to consider [ See Para 3 in Page 4 of the Investment Prospectus ]

Note upto note no 147 was discovered before filing of writ petition no 1672/1995 and these notes were submitted before the High Court as well as before the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh
